Peacing it Together Foundation

As an ambassador of goodwill, I have used music and the spoken word to heal, inspire and challenge people around the globe. I understand now that music speaks the universal language of the heart and soothes pain like nothing else can. It has become clear to me that I must continue and advance this work.

I am pleased to announce to you that I have established a not-for-profit charitable organization: the Peacing It Together Foundation. This new and exciting venture will make it possible to deepen and expand the work I have already begun. It will also make it possible for other musicians to be involved in peacemaking efforts.

I am very excited about the potential of this organization and hope to make a difference in people's lives in places of strife, war and despair.

We want to sing a message of hope and inspire peace. We want to be a force for reconciliation and healing. We want to partner and empower others in difficult situations who also have a passion for peace. Peacing it Together Foundation will be a vital bridge to bring people together across divides of religion, ethnicity, nationality, race and culture.
